Suba is the 11th locality of the Capital District of Bogota. It is located north of the city. Geographically, the territory has green areas, especially in the hills of Suba and La Hutch and small plains gradually urbanization has reduced, surviving only on the west. In the socio-economic sphere, the city has a vast residential area, although activities of industries, trade and services, especially in the south.
Suba Avenue is the main road connecting the traditional sector Suba (western hills of Suba and The Hutch) with the rest of the city. Other routes include Avenida Ciudad de Cali west and the North Freeway to the east.
